FantasyPH Terms and Conditions for Philippine Members

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the FantasyPH website and its associated services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any applicable policies published on the site, including but not limited to the FantasyPH Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. These terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any person interacting with the platform.

FantasyPH reserves the right to refuse access to the platform to any person who does not meet eligibility requirements or who has violated any provision of these Terms. Your continued use of FantasyPH following any update to these Terms will constitute acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use FantasyPH, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration
• Be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as members
• Provide accurate, complete, and verifiable registration information
• Not be a current or former employee or contractor of FantasyPH or related entities
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where the use of such services is prohibited
• Not have previously had a FantasyPH account suspended or permanently closed for violations

FantasyPH may request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, and location at any point during your membership. Failure to provide requested verification may result in delays or restrictions on account transactions.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each member is strictly permitted to hold one FantasyPH account. Creating, using, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through associates — is a serious breach of these Terms. FantasyPH uses automated systems and manual review to detect multi-account activity. Any accounts found to be in violation may be suspended, and associated balances may be forfeited without notice.

2.2 Accurate Information

All registration and account details you provide must be truthful and kept up to date. If you change your contact details, address, or payment information, you are responsible for updating your FantasyPH account promptly. Providing false information at any stage — including during identity verification — is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Account Responsibility

Your FantasyPH account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your account access with anyone else, including family members. FantasyPH cannot accept liability for losses or problems arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, notify FantasyPH support immediately. We recommend using a strong, unique password and changing it regularly. FantasyPH staff will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or any other channel.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All FantasyPH account balances are denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through available payment methods, which may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and supported Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Not all methods may be available to all accounts at all times.

4.1 Deposits

Members may deposit from their own, personally held payment accounts. Third-party deposits — that is, funds sent from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted. FantasyPH reserves the right to return such deposits and void any activity funded through them. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the account deposit screen and are subject to change.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. FantasyPH may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal, and first-time withdrawals may be subject to an additional review period. Minimum withdrawal amounts, processing fees where applicable, and estimated processing times are provided on the account withdrawal screen.

Withdrawals may be delayed or declined in cases involving incomplete verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or a balance that has not satisfied applicable bonus wagering requirements. FantasyPH is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers or third-party banks.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

A FantasyPH account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity within a continuous period as stated in the account inactivity policy may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee deducted from any remaining balance, as communicated in the applicable account terms. Members are encouraged to log in and review their account periodically.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, FantasyPH may offer promotions, welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, referral rewards, and other benefits. All such offers are governed by specific promotion terms, which take precedence over these general Terms and Conditions in the event of a conflict. Promotion terms are published alongside each offer and must be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most FantasyPH bonus credits carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount — must be played through a set number of times using eligible games before any resulting balance can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier and eligible games for each offer are stated in the promotion terms. Activity in ineligible games may not count toward wagering requirements.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unmet bonuses may expire after a period stated in the individual promotion terms. FantasyPH reserves the right to remove expired bonus credits and any winnings generated solely from those credits from a member's account without prior notice, subject to the specific promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to claim promotions through multiple accounts, providing false referrals, coordinating activity with other members to meet bonus conditions artificially, or engaging in any other behaviour that FantasyPH determines constitutes abuse of the bonus system is strictly prohibited. FantasyPH may void bonus credits, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts found to be engaging in such conduct.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Members must not engage in any of the following when using FantasyPH:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Accessing or attempting to access another member's account
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate any part of the FantasyPH platform
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing harmful, offensive, or illegal content through any FantasyPH communication channel
• Providing false personal information during registration, verification, or at any point of contact with FantasyPH
• Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities and refusing to return incorrectly credited funds

FantasyPH reserves the right to investigate and act on any suspected prohibited conduct at any time, including voiding transactions, withholding balances, and permanently closing accounts. Where applicable, FantasyPH may report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming

FantasyPH is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all eligible adult members. The platform is intended purely for entertainment, and participation should always remain within personal financial and time limits. Gambling is not a reliable income source, and no strategy or system can guarantee a win.

9. Limitation of Liability

FantasyPH does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. FantasyPH will attempt to communicate planned outages in advance where possible.

FantasyPH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform use, including but not limited to technical errors, connectivity issues, or decisions made based on displayed odds or game outcomes. Where losses result from a verified FantasyPH technical error, the matter will be reviewed and addressed in line with applicable policies.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

FantasyPH reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a member account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms. This includes but is not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct, or failure to satisfy verification requirements.

A member may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting FantasyPH support. Accounts that have been voluntarily closed with a remaining balance will have that balance withdrawn to the member's verified payment method, subject to any applicable conditions.

11. Updates to These Terms

FantasyPH may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, notice will be provided through the platform, via email if a registered address is available, or by updating the version date shown at the top of this page. It is the member's responsibility to review the current terms periodically.

Continued use of FantasyPH after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept revised terms, you should cease using the platform and may request account closure.
